- · We make every effort to display accurate colours and details, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings.
Orders & Payment
- · All orders are confirmed via a phone call or WhatsApp message before dispatch.
- · We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
- · Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes.
- · PEHNISH reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Shipping
- · Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
- · Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days across Pakistan.
- · Flat shipping rate of PKR 200; free on orders above PKR 5,000.
- · PEHNISH is not liable for delays caused by courier services or force majeure events.
Returns
- · Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- · Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- · Sale items, unstitched fabric (cut orders), and intimates are non-returnable.
- · Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
Limitation of Liability
- · PEHNISH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products.
- · Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
- · These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
